Prices quoted are for a double room with private bathroom facilities per night and include a continental breakfast.
Occupancy is limited to two persons per room.
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking (minimum 50 euros if stay less than 3 nights).
Payment is only accepted by Euro cheque or Euro cash.
Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (unless previously agreed otherwise).
Use of all facilities at La Roseraie is strictly limited to guests staying at La Roseraie only. The owners reserve the right to request guests to leave the property should any other persons associated with the guests be found on the property.
Use of any or all of the facilities at La Roseraie is entirely at guests' own risk.
The owners can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to or from any motor vehicle whilst at the property.
